Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. That said, your satisfaction matters to us and if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to hello@shopcoastalclub.com and we'll see what we can do.

Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you may choose to:

  • Pay the shipping cost to have it resent to the correct address, OR
  • Receive a refund for the item cost minus original shipping and restocking fee

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us at hello@shopcoastalclub.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.

Proper Use & Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. As your candle burns down, place it on a heat-resistant surface to prevent heat rings or damage to furniture. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time as extended burning can cause the glass to overheat and/or shatter. Do not move a hot candle to a cold room or place on a cold surface, as extreme temperature fluctuations can cause the glass to shatter. We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety practices.
