How It Started

The Coastal Club was born out of long Canadian winters and a recurring daydream about being literally anywhere else.

As a software engineer who spent most days indoors, I was constantly chasing the next vacation. That feeling when you're somewhere new and the air hits different. Nothing is urgent and life is full of possibility. You feel calm and content. More yourself, somehow.

I wanted to crack the code on recreating that feeling at home. Creating a space that could do what a good vacation does, and make me remember what it feels like to just be. That's what Coastal Club products are designed to do. Shift your mood and transport you without ever leaving your living room.

In a world where everything is mass-produced, there's something beautiful about making things by hand. Each candle is made in small batches with the highest quality ingredients. No cutting corners, no shortcuts. Just careful craftsmanship and attention to detail.
