How do I care for my luxe wax melts?

How to Use:

  • Break off 1-2 cubes and place in an approved wax warmer
  • Use only in well-ventilated areas
  • Do not add water
  • Burn for 3-4 hours at a time for optimal scent throw
  • Replace wax when scent fades (typically after 8-12 hours of use)

Safety:

  • Never leave warmer unattended while in use
  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
  • Do not touch melted wax - it can cause burns
  • Use only electric or tea light warmers designed for wax melts
  • Place warmer on a heat-resistant, stable surface

Cleaning:

  • Allow wax to cool and harden completely before removing
  • Gently pop out cooled wax or place warmer in the freezer for 10-15 mins for easy removal
  • Wipe dish clean with a paper towel
  • Never pour melted wax down the drain

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Keep in original packaging or an airtight container to preserve scent

Our luxe wax melts are made with premium 100% soy wax blended with fractionated coconut oil to ensure a smooth finish and optimal scent throw. We use phthalate, paraben and carcinogen free fragrance oils enhanced with essential oils to create our signature scent profiles. Each melt is hand-poured in small batches for quality and consistency.

Where are your ingredients manufactured?

All of our luxe wax melt ingredients and materials are sourced from North America. Our soy wax comes from North American farmers, our fragrance oils are manufactured in North America, and our packaging and labels are sourced exclusively from Canadian suppliers.

How do I know when my luxe wax melt is finished?

You'll know it's time to replace your wax melt when the scent is no longer noticeable, even when the warmer is on. Typically, each melt cube provides 8-12 hours of fragrance before needing to be replaced.

How do I remove used wax from the warmer?

Let the wax cool and harden completely, then gently pop it out of the dish. For stubborn wax, place the warmer in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. The wax will shrink slightly and release easily. Wipe the dish clean with a paper towel before adding fresh wax.

Are wax melts safe around pets?

We recommend taking a few precautions when using wax melts around pets. Always use in well-ventilated spaces, keep warmers on stable surfaces out of pets' reach, never leave unattended, and ensure your pet can leave the room if they choose. If your pet shows any signs of sensitivity or distress, discontinue use.
